The 991A Deco Black line features knives made of the highest quality. X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with added chromium (t increases corrosion resistance), molybdenum (reduces steel brittleness), and vanadium (increases wear resistance).
The hardness of the Deco Black knife blade on the Rockwell scale is 53-55 HRC The Rockwell scale indicates the ability to maintain sharpness over a given period and tests resistance to mechanical damage and blade overload. Hard knives retain their sharpness for a long time but are more difficult to sharpen, less flexible, and more prone to cracking and chipping. Each knife should be rigid enough to precisely cut various ingredients, while at the same time being flexible enough to avoid breaking when changing the cutting angle or applying significant pressure.
A model has been introduced ergonomic, non-slip handle made of durable ABS plastic.
